At PROTCAFE, we believe in simplicity — no complicated forms or unnecessary documentation. Our refund and return policy is straightforward and easy to understand.
Opened product
Because our products are food supplements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened canisters.
Once a canister has been opened, it cannot be resold for safety and hygiene reasons.
Exception:
A refund or replacement may be provided if the product is defective or damaged.
Accidental Purchases
If you purchased a product by mistake:
- You must notify us within 14 days of placing the order
- The product must be unopened
- The tamper seal must be intact
- The product must be in original condition
If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds may take up to 30 days after notification to be processed.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
Important Notes
- Opened products cannot be refunded unless defective.
- Unsealed products cannot be refunded.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
